Massage therapy can have a very strong therapeutic effect on the body. It is also a wonderful form of stress therapy. As a graduate of the Chicago School of Massage Therapy, I am dedicated to making each of my clients feel safe, nurtured, and cared for. There are absolutely no judgements in my work. I am nationally certified and state licensed through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB). I am also a Certified Reiki Practitioner and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).

Massage sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in length and can include the following techniques:

Sports

Deep Tissue

Swedish Body Mobilization

Stretching

Trigger Point Therapy

Thermal Therapy

Reiki

I provide a safe and holistic atmosphere which is designed to enhance the massage experience. Massage sessions are specifically tailored to each individual. Sessions can be very relaxing as well as therapeutic in nature. My goal is to make each client feel comfortable and safe, and to address their specific needs.

I am located in Rogers Park near the Morse red line stop. In call rates are as follows:

1 hour- $80

90 minutes - $115

Massage/ Personal training package (includes 10 personal training sessions and 3 one hour massages): $800
